(Sections 1–10)
1. General Rules
1.1
This website is operated by a company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus, with its main offices located in Nicosia, Cyprus. All gaming activities are delivered by our parent company, registered in Curaçao. The site operates under an eGaming licence issued, authorised, and regulated by the Government of Curaçao.
1.2
These General Terms and Conditions form a legally binding contract between you (the account holder) and the company operating www.slota-casino.net. All registered players are required to comply with these Terms.
1.3
Before participating in any games, you must open a player account at www.slota-casino.net.
1.4
An account at www.slota-casino.net is a personal account held in the name of its registered owner. It is intended solely for lawful transactions between the account holder and Slota Casino, including wagering and other approved gaming-related activities.
1.5
The term “Website” refers to www.slota-casino.net, the online platform through which Slota Casino services are provided to account holders.
1.6
Each game offered by Slota Casino has its own specific rules, which are in addition to these Terms.
1.7
Bonus and promotional terms are detailed separately in the “Promotions” section of the Website.
1.8
All services must be used in accordance with these Terms and any applicable restrictions.
1.9
The English version of these Terms is the only legally binding version. Translations are provided solely for convenience, and in the event of a conflict, the English version will prevail.
1.10
If you do not agree to all the provisions in these Terms, you must not register or continue to use the Website. Continued use signifies your acceptance of these Terms.
2. Creating an Account
2.1
To play or use our services, you must first register a player account.
2.2
You may register at www.slota-casino.net by:
- Clicking the “Registration” button and following on-screen steps; or
- Using other registration options that Slota Casino may make available from time to time.
2.3
Your account may be administered by Slota Casino, its affiliates, or an associated company with which you have a contractual relationship.
2.4
When registering, you must provide accurate personal details, including full name, date of birth, contact address, telephone number, and email address (“Personal Data”). These details must be kept current.
2.5
Withdrawal requests may be delayed pending additional verification by the finance team.
2.6
By registering, you confirm that:
- You understand the risk of losing funds through gambling;
- You are at least 18 years of age and meet the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction;
- Gambling is legal in your location;
- You can enter into legally binding contracts;
- You have not been banned from gambling;
- Your account has not been previously closed for fraud, collusion, criminal activity, breach of Terms, or responsible gaming violations.
2.6.1
For security and fraud prevention, Slota Casino may request identity verification and payment confirmation:
- Verification must be completed after a withdrawal request or upon request from the Risk Department by uploading documents through the Website. Questions should be directed to kyc@slota-casino.net.
- Documents must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the request. Failure to comply will result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.
- Standard verification takes up to 3 business days from receipt of compliant documents, but may take longer if additional checks are needed. The KYC team operates Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (GMT+3).
2.7
The Risk Department may require call verification. The player must complete this call within the scheduled timeframe, with up to three rescheduling opportunities for valid reasons. Refusal or failure to complete call verification will be treated as failed verification, resulting in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.
2.8
All personal details must be correct and up to date. Only one account per person is permitted. You may not register on behalf of another individual, household, address, IP, or device. Duplicate accounts will be closed, bonuses cancelled, and deposits confiscated if necessary.
2.9
Accounts cannot be created by residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal. The list of restricted countries is maintained in these Terms. Slota Casino reserves the right to suspend accounts and void bets or deposits made from such locations.
2.10–2.12
Certain game providers restrict access to their games in specific countries. These restrictions are listed in this section and must be observed.
3. Account Management
3.1
Slota Casino may, at its discretion:
- Refuse account creation;
- Suspend or block accounts without notice;
- Refuse deposits;
- Request identification documents at any time;
- Restrict access to games, promotions, or services in cases of suspected fraud, cheating, or other prohibited behaviour.
3.2
We commit to:
- Managing player funds securely;
- Handling personal data in compliance with privacy laws;
- Keeping player funds in a segregated account.
3.3
Slota Casino is not a bank and does not pay interest on account balances.
3.4
Multiple accounts are prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any funds or bonuses may be forfeited.
3.5–3.6
Sharing account details, transferring access, or moving funds between accounts is not permitted.
4. Responsible Gaming & Account Settings
4.1–4.4
Players can temporarily block account access using the “Take a Break” setting, ranging from 24 hours to a period of their choice. During this time, the account remains inactive, withdrawal requests are cancelled, and funds are returned to the balance.
4.5
Slota Casino may suspend an account if gambling is considered harmful to the player.
4.6–4.7
Players are reminded to gamble responsibly, avoid chasing losses, and only bet what they can afford to lose. Responsible gambling support is available via support@slota-casino.net or at www.responsiblegambling.org.
5. Active & Inactive Accounts
5.1–5.2
An account is deemed inactive after 12 months without activity. Inactive accounts may be suspended or closed after attempts to contact the player.
5.3–5.5
Positive balances can be withdrawn upon request, subject to verification. A monthly maintenance fee of €5 (or currency equivalent) may apply. Cashback balances on inactive accounts will be voided.
6. Chargebacks
6.1–6.3
In the event of a chargeback, Slota Casino may suspend the account and request identity verification. Processing fees may apply. If the account remains inactive and unverified for six months after a chargeback, remaining funds may be forfeited.
7. Closing an Account
7.1–7.5
Players may close accounts by emailing support@slota-casino.net from their registered address. Accounts closed for gambling problems or fraud cannot be reopened, and such players must not register again.
8. Deposit Rules
8.1–8.21
Deposits are processed via approved payment providers. Only personal payment methods in the account holder’s name may be used. Deposits from third parties are prohibited. Anti-money laundering measures apply, and players are responsible for any taxes on winnings. Specific G2A Pay terms apply when using that service.
9. Withdrawal Policy
9.1–9.6
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Limits per transaction/day/month apply, and methods generally must match the deposit method. Withdrawal fees may be charged. Minimum withdrawal amounts depend on the payment method. If wagering requirements are not met, a fee of up to 15% may be applied.
10. Refund Policy
10.1–10.7
Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of a transaction or within 30 days if unauthorised access is claimed. Refunds cannot be processed if funds have been used for play. Identity verification is mandatory before processing any refund.
11. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy
Upon opening an account with Slota Casino, you agree to comply with all anti-money laundering regulations applicable in our jurisdiction. You must not deposit or use funds connected in any way to criminal activity.
Slota Casino prohibits the use of its services for money laundering, whether directly or indirectly. If we suspect that these rules have been breached, we may suspend your account pending investigation.
Player Registration
Before an account can be opened, you must provide accurate personal information and keep it updated. We may verify your creditworthiness or identity using third-party sources. Providing false or misleading information is strictly prohibited; doing so may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Only individuals aged 18 or over (or the minimum legal age in their jurisdiction) may register. Any winnings by underage persons will be forfeited to the relevant authority. Each player may hold only one account. Anonymous or fictitious accounts are not permitted.
Transaction Monitoring
We monitor all account activity to detect unusual or suspicious transactions. Any transaction that appears irregular, complex, or linked to money laundering or terrorist financing will be subject to enhanced review.
Winnings Payments
First-time withdrawals require proof of identity. We may delay payment until age, identity, and location are verified. Withdrawals will, where possible, be processed using the same method used for deposits.
AML Procedures
- Only accept bets from verified customers.
- No cash deposits or withdrawals are allowed.
- Monitor betting activity for unusual patterns.
- Manually review all withdrawal requests.
- Enforce a minimum wagering requirement of three times the deposit amount before withdrawal.
Cash payments are not accepted. Permitted deposit/withdrawal methods include credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and e-wallets.
We reserve the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
12. Disclaimer of Liability
12.1
You are fully responsible for all actions on your account, including participation in games. Services and games are provided “as is” without express or implied warranties.
12.2
We and our affiliates do not guarantee:
- That the Website or software is fit for any particular purpose;
- That the Website or software is free from errors;
- Uninterrupted access to games or services.
We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, cost, or damage arising from your use of the Website or games.
12.3
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the company, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims or damages resulting from your use of the Website or participation in games.
13. Collusion, Cheating, Fraud, and Criminal Activity
13.1–13.2
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Abuse of bonuses or promotions;
- Initiating chargebacks or payment recalls after playing;
- Manipulating game outcomes through unfair means;
- Using automated tools (“bots”) or other software to gain an advantage;
- Creating duplicate accounts;
- Engaging in fraudulent or criminal conduct.
Players must report any suspected cheating or prohibited practices to the Casino.
13.3–13.4
If we believe you have engaged in prohibited conduct, initiated chargebacks, or been declared bankrupt, we may withhold your balance, reclaim deposits or winnings, and close your account.
Fraudulent practices include but are not limited to:
- Using stolen or unauthorised payment methods;
- Collusion with other players;
- Providing false registration details;
- Any unlawful act under applicable law.
Unfair advantage may include exploiting technical errors or loopholes, using predictive software, or misusing our Terms. Bonus abuse may involve creating multiple accounts, delaying gameplay to manipulate bonus outcomes, or other tactics designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
14. Account Closure
Closure by You
You may close your account by notifying Customer Support at support@slota-casino.net. You should state your username, intention to close the account, and reason.
14.2–14.3
We may retain funds on closure if there is any debt owed or suspicion of prohibited conduct. Reopening accounts is at our discretion and requires fresh verification.
Closure by Us
We may close your account at any time by providing written notice. Any remaining balance will be returned unless the closure is due to fraud, cheating, money laundering, or other serious breaches, in which case funds may be forfeited.
Suspension
We may suspend your account under specific circumstances, halting all activity until the matter is resolved. We may also void winnings or cancel bets if forged documents or fraudulent activity is suspected.
15. Access to and Use of Services
You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and compatible equipment. We are not liable for losses caused by connectivity issues or incompatible devices.
You must not use the Website to post or transmit offensive, unlawful, or discriminatory content. Harassment of other players or staff is strictly prohibited.
The Website is for personal entertainment only. You may not reproduce or distribute its content without permission. Any material you upload must be lawful, free of third-party rights infringement, and authorised for our use.
We may remove any content that breaches these rules without notice.
16. Website Changes
We reserve the right to modify the Website, its content, services, or these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
17. Third-Party Software
Some services require the installation of third-party software or applications. In such cases, you may need to agree to additional terms from the software provider. Where these conflict with our Terms, our Terms will prevail.
We are not liable for any damage to your device caused by downloading or using third-party software.
18. IT Failures
If software or hardware issues disrupt gameplay, we will attempt to resolve them promptly. If a game cannot resume from its last state, we will address the matter fairly, which may include restoring balances or refunding bets. Deliberate exploitation of technical errors will result in no compensation and may lead to account closure.
19. Errors and Omissions

We reserve the right to correct mistakes such as incorrect odds, payouts, or terms. We are not obliged to compensate for losses resulting from such errors.
19.3–19.6
If funds are credited to you in error, you must notify us and return them. We may reclaim such funds and cancel any associated winnings.
20. Limitation of Liability
20.1–20.3
You acknowledge the risks inherent in gambling and accept that we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the Services, except where required by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free software, or immunity from viruses.
We are not responsible for loss of data, revenue, goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential damages.
